Our album, 'Proud Flesh', inexplicably turns 10 years old in October 2020. Time is rude. Just by a stroke of pure dumb luck in September 2020, Mike accidentally found an old CD-R of 'Proud Flesh Demos' that we'd all completely forgotten about. So, as a 10th anniversary commemoration and celebration, we're releasing those demos here for free, along with a handful of live recordings from the tours that supported the album.

It was a real nice surprise to find these unexpected and forgotten demos, but discovering Ty Brinneman's intro to our XRAfest 2011 set was like being startled by an hilarious ghost. Ty is one of our best buds, biggest supporters and influences, and tour-mate over the years. In some ways, he sort of embodies and symbolizes everything we were trying to do back in these days with husband&wife and XRA Records. Ty passed away earlier this year, so (with his family's kind permission), we left his voice on this record to remember him, and maybe to remember these times through his enthusiastic lens a little bit.
